Catalina Kowal currently serves as an Amazon Connect Specialist with Amazon Web Services. In this role, she guides State and Local Government and Education Customers in their journeys to transform constituent engagement into a modern, personalized experience.

Catalina has spent her two decade career in the public sector in various roles including educator, network engineer and technical sales specialist. During that time she has been involved in numerous efforts to advocate for women in technology, most notably serving on the steering committee for the NJ chapter of Million Women Mentors.
